Usui Reiki Training – Level 1

This Usui Reiki Level 1 training allows you to be initiated into Reiki, to become a Reiki practitioner and to learn to heal using Reiki energy at the bodily level.

It allows you to understand Reiki energy, discover its basic principles and learn how to practice it practically.

During the training, you receive the initiation and transmission of Reiki energy in order to infuse it into you and open your energy channel.

This transmission then allows you to use the energy and transmit it in turn through healing.

I teach you the hand positions for performing Reiki treatments as well as how to practice them, on yourself and on others.

After the training, a minimum 21-day period of self-practice is recommended in order to integrate the energy received and learn to master it.

At the end of this period and with regular practice, you will be able to start practicing on others.

You will be issued a Reiki Level 1 Initiation Certificate.
